As title i am looking for some 3s and the scuttle induction kit, dont seem to come up on ebay france anymore, I know its only a 172/ v6 airbox with a scuttle piece and the manifold adapter plate, any info on where to source the bits much appreciated :wink:

:wink: thanks guys, thats exactly what i am after but dont fancy paying 300, i will get the scuttle from mc racing and make up the other bits from ebay, i will report back on how cheap i can get it done! Less than 100 is the target! :wink:

I run this setup,

MCracings Scoop £100ish

Renault V6 airbox £50ish

I'm running the same set up, but with a piperX panel filter in the airbox. The noise is awesome. A nice deep throb under low revs/partial throttle. Full pedal just comes alive. Haven't any vids and car is away for the winter :oops: :oops:

:D is that on a turbo'd car? i see boost mentioned on your profile, I am going to try it on my turbo'd car to see if i get some nice noises, if it fails i will stick it on my w3. :wink:

:wink: I have a cunning plan! I am going to install it as normal but turn the filter to face the rear at an angle and and hook up to the turbo air feed, need to do a scuttle feed for it so i will give this a go.

Full spec is powerflow manifold, ktec stainless system inc decat, piper cams and verniers, scuttle intake, stage 2 headwork and the all important chip wizards remap 188.7 genuine bhp. Figures don't mean much to me, but goes like stink. Wish it wasn't under a cover in the garage now :( suppose April isn't too far away.
