blueflame exhaust help please

firstly I should say hello as this is my first post :D

I recently fitted a secondhand blueflame exhaust but kept my scorpion decat. The exhaust fits badly, it knocks & bangs and is now blowing but it looks as though if the decat was about 10mm longer it would move the exhaust into a position where it would fit properly. My question is can anyone that has a blueflame decat tell me the length of it please. I have tried emailing blueflame but they have not got back to me.
I need to know whether buying a new decat will solve my problem or whether I need to get a spacer made up.

do u have pictures of the blueflame?

the decat should be of a standard length so i am unsure why its not fitting correct.

where are you located - blueflame is in skemlersdale

here's the picture from when I bought it, I did wonder after whether its even blueflame? Haven't got any pics of it fitted to the car

am based in Cambridgeshire so not near!

looks like a mongoose, which are renouned for knocking due tothe bigger bore

thanks, I didn't pay that much for it so if it's a mongoose I'm still happy with it!

looked under the car this morning and the bolts where it joins the decat had come loose & created a big gap, have tightened them up so its no longer blowing but is knocking again. May get a spacer made up to see if that solves the problem :)
