I'll stick pictures up later, but for the moment here is the summary:

1995 Clio Williams 2
83k Miles
12 Months Tax (will get on Wednesday if my ins. cert. turns up tomorrow)
12 Months MOT (done today)
Fully respray a couple of months back, including a new rear arch and 2 new inner arches, not cheap ;)

Standard bar a Momo steering wheel (with Alfa center  ) and a CD head unit.

The interior is not in great condition, it is OK, but will be replaced if I don't sell the car.

Unless by some miracle it sells by Saturday it will have 4 new (not cheap rubbish) tyres - fronts were advisory on the MOT and one rear has a nail keeping air in

The car has had a fortune spent on it during my ownership and is now many times better than it was when I purchased it. FWIW there is some history kicking around from before I bought it. The gearbox, clutch and cambelt were all replaced 2-3 years ago (I'll have to check the paperwork). I gave it fresh coolant, oil, oil filter, air filter and plugs 2 weeks ago so it is running happily :D It managed a whole 80 miles on the last lot of oil, may have to cut back on my service schedule ;)

I'm sticking this up now as while I am in Glasgow I'll be down at TOTB in York on Sunday so will be somewhere more central for most of the population if anyone wants to look at the car. I'm not competing this year so will be kicking around all day.

You can own this nice example for £3300, or you can buy a cheap one and spend a fortune doing the work I already have :P Ultimately this price will only cover how much I've spent on it in the last 18 months.

Sorry the pictures are not of great quality - twilight was setting in and my cheapo camera wasn't overly happy with the light.

It is booked in for a new set of Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2 tyres on Saturday morning for its jaunt down to York :D

New tyres are fitted and went down to York and back without issue 8) even averaged 36mpg :D Also put £20 of the most expensive pump fuel I've ever purchased into it: £1.399 a litre for SUL  needless to say it was back to V-Power once on the motorway.

Before I go through the hassle of sticking it on autotrader, ebay, etc. my lowest price is £3k. The mileage is now up to around 83,700

Thanks, hopefully someone will - if I end up keeping it I'll be fitting a towbar for my mountain bike and something tells me drilling holes in the car wont do anything for its long term value

there seems to be plenty strap on thule bike carriers on ebay

Unfortunately I've found the tailgate carriers to be less than great on a Williams. The bike sits high enough it ruins the air flow over the top and because the car is narrow the bikes stick out on both sides as well. As a result I was seeing 20mpg - I was better off throwing them in the back of my scooby (wagon). With a towbar mount you don't have the roofline drag and the bike is strapped in at the bottom preventing the wheels from moving around.

One final try:

£2750 No Offers

If it doesn't disappear by the end of the month I'm sticking snow tyres on it keeping it through winter.

Nice car. Think you'll be keeping it though.

Nice car. Think you'll be keeping it though.

Thanks, it's looking that way; I've not had a single enquiry.

I thin and dont take this the wrong way, look at Dazs old car for sale and then maybe rethink the price or dont sell it if that doesnt appeal to you.

Just being realistic, not offensive

Not sure whether happy or sad. Is the best road car I've ever owned, but an absolute pig to work on. When it was on the road I couldn't work out why I'd ever get rid of it, when I had to replace anything I couldn't work out why I kept it :?
