Thats not a genuine williams at all, you have a 1.8 16v (known as a Valver) with its standerd wheels painted gold.

the Williams had;
different Speedline alloy wheels,
a special edition interior
blue clocks on the dash
blue carpet
a wider front track,
a slightly larger spoiler than the 16v
some came with a suit carrier in the parcel shelf
stickers on both rear 1/4s and boot
a plaque on the dash telling people which number built it is.
most importantly the F7R 2.0 engine over the 1.8

thats just to name a few but all are missing from your car.....
