Hi There, I've just got my ECU back from KJ16v after having a gunnerchip soldered in and when I plug the ECU back into the car it wont start. You get the usual whirring of stuff and then it just doesnt turn over.

Any help would be much appreciated. Could it be a problem with the immobiliser or something? Im at a bit of a loss as I know very little about these things.

I might just be being an idiot, its a possibilty :)

Havent actually bolted the ecu back down yet, wanted to make sure it started first, theres not some kind of earth to the case which would prevent it?

Think I may actually have just been an idiot. its started now. think i just didnt do the terminals on the battery up tight enough!!

Time to put it all back together and see if these gunner180 chips are any good. looking forward to a nicer rev limiter.

A big thanks to KJ16v though, his service was really good. nice and prompt and seems to have done a lovely job of soldering in the carrier/chip. Highly recommended.
