Available in longer and shorter version:
Left one is the OEM linkage, centre one is the longer (gives 10% shorter shift throw - very easy to install), right one is the shorter (gives 15% shorter shift throw, comes with an adapter - good mechanic skill needed for installation).

They are not a copy, they were designed by me (CAD + FEM, made of high strength stainless steel).
The short shift linkage kit contains: small linkage, metal bush, bolt (+ adapter for the shorter linkage):

I have been using these linkages in my cars since 2008 without any problem.
