I need two scooter wheels refurb'd/blasted and powdercoated but who can tell me what companies can do a postal service (i.e. i send them the 2 wheels, they refurb and send back to me)?
Reason i ask is that i live in Aberdeen and the local company, despite doing a good job on my old 16v wheels, will pull my pants down over the price.

Wheels are in a bit of state what with pitting etc tho are just 10 and 12" in size...how much should i be paying do you think?
