803 thats 330cc ?? get bigger ones they wont last for more than 250bhp.
get like 630cc if you going to run 20 psi.
i have Volvo S60R injectors 450cc at 3bar they are for a 300bhp car

what's their codes mate? and will they work with the std ECU or do you need to go stand alone to run those?

i'll check the ones i have in the shed for 21psi boost, its either 802 or 803, i have one set in now which is for 15psi, and one set for 21psi but i can never remember which way round the part number is so i'll check

both sets work on o/e ecu/engine management

20psi is a lot, how much power are you looking for ???

21psi should see around 320bhp on an f7p turbo engine, i ran mine for a bit at that level, it was a bit scary

Part Number: 0280150803
Brand: Bosch
Off a 944 Turbo iirc

I need to get some for my turbo at some point, just been too busy atm.
Running the 802's at 10 psi nice and happy atm.
Had a go at 14 psi and they seemed to run fine, only about 10 mins though didn't want to run it too long.

What fuel pumps you guys using ?
Wondering if im going to need a uprated pump any time soon...

I was going to fit an f7r boosted motor to my five but decided against it as there are no gearboxes in the renault range that would hold over 300 lb of torque.

No mate, 803's are 380cc's

802's std R21T, 280cc

357's, volvo, 300 cc

804, pug 505 turbo, 330 cc

The 803's are good for 300+ bhp but you need to fit the walbro asap. Do you have an fpr ? Dont think you gonna make it at 3 bar std pressure. Hurry up Dhay ! 1 week to go ;)

i'll be installing a adj fuelpressure regulator on the turbo tommorow and was wondering if the fuel pressure could be risen to for example 4bar on the 803 or what doyou recomand me??

you can always put the fp higher, thats no problem, but set it at 3 to 3.2. The only thing whe have to look at is that whe stay below 90% dutycycle. Whe see how it goes on the dyno next sutarday and adjust the fp when needed. Ive got a set bosch grey's and blues, 500 and 400 cc, i'll trow them in the boot.

Today the turbo gota RR custom mapping session today.

http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd11/joke222/Dynojet%208%20mei%202010/Dhayrhoneclio16v2Lturbocustom12psi.jpg

These figures are from the first session at 12Psi boost.
during the mapping session a sillicon coupler blew so the pressure couldn't be raised to 15 PSI.

Nice job done by henk. :D
