Water Hoses

As part of the general re-frub, I would like to replace all the water hoses.

What do you Guys recommend - I was thinking just using orginal ones.

Anybody got the Part Numbers I need please.

If you're going to buy new, I think its cheaper to buy Samco's set's than new OE from Renault

Yes, just be wary of oil cooled/non oil cooled.

There are two different sets of hoses, those for engines with an oil cooler, and those for engines without an oil cooler.
Most of them are the same but its the ones at the front of the block that are different.

Is the oil cooler a standard fitment?

You can check by looking at your oil filter. If there are 2 water hoses coming to the plate under it, then you have it.

i have samco's with the oil cooler removed i just joined the too that go to the oil cooler though you could block them also..

as above easy to tell if the coolers fitted

I've only ever seen samco's in the fitment for oil/water coolers

I used the samco's on mine - got the "classic black" finish which is very close to OEM hoses... I ended up having to use my previous oil cooler hose as there wasn't one supplied.... (no one will ever see that hose once the engine is back in!!)
