ive got a set of valver steels as a third set of track wheels

williams wheels have michelin pe2's
speedline 2020's have michelin s9b slicks

and the valver steels will have either a set of toyo t1r's or some semi slick track tyres i have lying around

as schakal says, they are heavy!

F1s are a 41 or 42mm offset though (can't remember now) so you'd need 7mm spacers!

I bought some standard ph1 172 OZ F1's for mine... £50 for the lot, bargain :)

i would worry with that price , are they bent ,cracked etc ?

cool, dont think i'll go with steelies then. im after something light, so will probably get another set of willy alloys.

also while your all here...would you use extended bolts on 10mm spacers?

LOL light and willy wheels aren't in the same category.

Get some pro race 1.2, superleg's, turini etc

^^^ agreed

williams alloys are around 7.3 kg each ,not the lightest around .
if you want light wheels on a budget go with 14" rsi alloys
6kg each ,will fit over standard williams brakes as well :D :D

I'd go for studs with open ended nuts for that scenario. That way you can run completely standard, with no spacers, when you want and just chuck the spacers and wheels on for the track.

pro race in 15s are only 6.1kg so not exactly super light compared to williams alloys lol

could proberly save that much weight by having a shit before and finally opening up the wallet lol

I'd be impressed if you could do a 4.8KG shit lol

Unsprung weight makes more of a difference than body weight of the car
