any 1 had any dealing with these cams. what are they like. whats needed for them to b fitted

with apd head work
lightened balanced b/e
high comp pistons

I am sure that the spring are available anyway.
i think the the required parts is quite expensive perhaps almost as much as the cams.
What power are u after, were will you drive the car ??

will need quite a bit of work done i would of thought because of the massive valve lift, also probably need tb's to see the best from them. is it a road car ?

ITBs will be being fitted as well

200 from a 1,8 ok
for road use on those cams, i would recommend 5502213 if you go for road use..

To run those cams, you will need Catcam GOLD springs and retainers and Shimmed mechanical lifters. That little lots will probably set you back about £600.

I run the cams just below that the 2320's, and can get away with using hydraulic lifters.

Although Cat cams state solid lifters for these cams...... :wink:

And the rest---catcams solids alone are £450+vat. Springs and retainers are a bit less again.

I'd go for 213s and stick with std valve gear :)
