hi all. i am the owner of the valver. Its an absolute beast. Ive also got a williams clio. Just kitted the valver out with sparco buckets, willans 4 point harnesses, new t28 roller bearing garrett, and k-tec big brake kit.

bought it already turbo'd, but it was a mess and done all wrong. so i took the engine out of it and rebuilt it and redid everything and i mean everything.
Spec-

Brand new Garrett t28r60 roller bearing turbo running at 8 psi of boost.
Manual boost controller
New renault 21 turbo MAP sensor and injecdtors and fuel rail.
home made intercooler pipe work
intercooler from iveco, soon to be changed
turbo oil feed and drain lines from k-tec
9.1.1 dished pistons, with standard rods
Total seal piston rings
Fully honed bores
Spresso head gasket with turbo head bolts
new oil pump and piston spray jets
New cambelt, tensioners and water pump
All new bottom end gaskets seals and bearings.
New valves, and stem seals and valve seats
new rocker cover gasket
Custom exhaust manifold and downpipe
Decat, with magnex exhaust
scuttle induction for turbo
Paddle clutch
clio 172 soft clutch pedal conversion
newly remapped r-tuner turbo chip, (soon to be getting an omex ecu)
Lowered about 50 mm on new dampers and springs.
yoko prada tyres.
K-tec big brake kit
Fully stripped interior, and i mean fully lol.
Sparco buckets
Willans 4 point harnesses
custom bar in rear to mount eye bolts
low temp thermostat.

Phew thats about it.
Ive basically done the best i can to really sort the engine out on a budget, whilst still running a low bost. only 8 psi.
This ensures reliability, and is plenty fast for me. 201 bhp, 187 ib/ft torque, and it weighs 892 kilos. So its an animal basically.

Where abouts in leighton you live, cos ive never seen ure car?

what head bolts are you running mate..some thing special..
