Bora TDI vs Saab 93

Just been driving home from work a kid overtook me coming up the dual carrigeway i thought hmm maybe a bit of fun. My Bora is a 130bhp chipped to 160bhp , anyway this saab we were neck and neck for ages then up hill he started pulling away at 125mph god knows what sort of power they are any ideas? baring in mind the bloke was probably in his 40s wouldnt imagine he'd had it tuned but who knows, it was a diesel by the sounds, but it was quick!

sounds like u had a good go m8 think the 93 diesel runs 180bhp 400nm torque :)

me bother has got a 03 plate 93 2.0t with 210 bhp with does sound like a diesel but wouldnt say its quick as doesnt gain any ground on me valver in the straights but suppose 130k doesnt help

Diesel 1.9 Twin turbo TTDi...180hp std chipped 210-215hp. very quick cars, my chipped 320d was only just pulling away from one.
