mayby do you know if i puts bigger intake valve from f7r which camshaft i should use from f7p or f7r??

F7R is very slightly wilder but not a huge amount.

i cant really help u on that one apart from suggesting u replace the F7P for a F7R engine a lot of the lads on this site and the 16valver website favour this upgrade :)
