I have some too.
Mat.
if someone could get me the part number from the workshop manual that would be great?
in fact anyone who can sell/give me a copy of the workshop manual would be a legend!
get northy to post the part number for the cup manual, then you can go in to renault an order the cup manual
with that you can find out the part number for the blanking plates, then you can get those from renault as well
oooh didn't relaise you can still get the cup manual!
any idea's how much it is?
no idea mate, not sure if you can still get it either tbh, but im sure it has a part number on it. i dont have mine anymore so can't check.

I tried getting hold of these "cup racer headlight blanks" from the Danish Renault Sport distributor.
He said they were no longer available.
Would love to have a set though!

i suppose i could modify an old headlight if i cant find any genuine ones to buy
aren't the blanks just plastic shields..
any chance of a close up pic or too..
just wrap a bit of fibreglass over the headlight lol

decided to leave the indicator alone, going to fit this to an old headlight in place of the glass, then drill a hole in it for my cold air feed
its my first time using fibreglass  messy stuff!
that doesnt look to bad for a first effort,.....an thats from somebody who used to build boats 8)

agreed lol i might go make some up myself when i get time!
the original cup racers ran a oil catch pan on the drivers headlight blank.
They are just fiberglass covers - mine are a bit tatty now
cheers for the comments guys :D
2 live - yeh i was thinking of using a rectangular style duct like the mk2 cup cars
northy - think i'm only doing the passenger headlight, although if i get bored i might do the other one, purely for aesthetics really
do them both mate, cup style then
headlamp blacks always look so mean 8)
