It's about time, they've known I have been seriously underpaid for quite some time now for my role and it's gotten more and more complex as time has gone by.

I'm now the head of credit control, the head of complaints and resolutions and the head of taking it up the arse from a bunch of pricks (otherwise known as customers who are never wrong). This on top of daily work which involves complex decision making on insured risks and company processes and policy. Gah!! I've earned this rise that's for sure!
