New car ideas

I'm struggling for ideas on what car to buy next.

I currently have a 100 mile daily commute but start a new job next week which means i'll only be doing 20 miles a day, so I'll be selling my 2003 Audi A4 Tdi as it bores me senseless!

But, I don't know what to buy instead. I'm looking to spend upto £5k, not really worried about MPG or insurance, but do want something which is reasonably practical (practical = has a roof and some kind of boot at least!) and reliable.

I have thought about selling my Williams aswell which would then give me around £7k to spend, but if the Williams goes then I have to have something which will put a smile on my face (an RX8 is my current favourtie idea, although I did say I wanted something reliable :roll: ).

Anyone got any ideas? I've trawled through Autotrader but nothing has caught my eye. Got rather 'comfortable' in the A4 and don't really want anything older than a 51 reg.... Help!!!

Audi Allroad... amazing cars, brilliant to drive, comfy, handle well... only downside is damper refurb cost and petrol use on the 2.7TT
