That's so stupid. All he has to do is post that via USPS. Actually, maybe you could ask him to do that.

If he won't do it, the nearest I can find is this on page 130:

ive send them a mail but they did not replay.
i rememberd that i have a friend in atlanta so ill try to send it to her house and let her post it to me. will take a few extra days but at least it will be cheaper (i assume)

try a plumbing store mate,or a hydraulics place, sure you will find an equivalent item there that would do the job. just print off that pic and explain what you want
