Curry in Manchester recommendations please

Can anyone recommend a curry house in Manchester, preferably centre, possibly on the curry mile, and other nic-ish places that are reasonably central?

I know a shit hot one but i cant remember the name its on the left handside near that big shiny bastard thats on the right as you come from town.

Its got blue and purple neon lights on the front, you go thru the front door and turn left immediatly and the bar is infront of you. The place itself aint that wide but goes back for miles.

Bit vauge but ah well, lol
