View Full Version : tuning a williams 2
just bought a williams 2 thats done 129k want to get a bit more power out of prob new cam and a port and polish and then maybe remapped, its got a hills induction kit and a powerflow exhaust, any ideas how much his is likely to cost and can anyone reccomend anyone near manchester to carry this out? cheers jack
search the forums mate
cams, verniers, headwork and a map to suit will cost best part of 1500 quid i would of thought, hill power are reputable
I'd get a leak down and full compression check before tuning an engine with those miles on. Mine's on 95k and it's a bit smokey... it's had a hard life, so to be expected, but I'd personally make sure it's safe to start throwing money at... these cars can be a money pit.
can be? pah, ARE more like
