what u want blasting ?? sand is very very rough
Alright mate. Well I was going to have some wheels blasted that i am refurbing.
Is that too coarse?
What woudl you recommend?
i use a place in birmingham called bournes and they shotblast and powder coat a set of wheels for £80 so hardly worth painting them at that price

i would use bead blasting mate or acid dipping.

Got mine dipped in acid when I had mine done, was £5 a wheel, Preston, off acqeduct street, can find out who it is if you want, unless its a bit far away..?
Any place that strips stuff using acid should be able to do them.

Warrington near the college, GazTwo and myself have had some wheels done, he will blast them and powder coat them for 25quid per wheel... he did some media blasting and high build priming on a set of tur-bines for 10quid per wheel! cash in hand obviously...
