if i get a carrier put on my ecu and then put a chip in it will it automatically start working or does the old map need to be removed?

also has anyone got a location picture of where its soldered too?

would be cool if anyone could give me some help here!

If its a Williams, you can just go get a carrier put on and the gunnerchip on that, and it should just work.

kj16v charges £30 iirc to have it ecu sent to him and soldered in and returned with next day delivery iirc

But he knows wot he's doing just depends on whether u can do without the willy for few days like :D

if you dont want to post the ecu, take it to a tv repair specialist.

KJ's services are very good though if he's still doing it.
