For sale - fully refurbished JC5 box.
It is a JC5 037 which was from a Laguna 2.0l 16v.
Gearing is slightly different from a Williams box.
Re-furb cost £500 from CTS (receipt to prove).
Looking for around £150 - collection from Derbyshire or willing to meet someone half-way if required.
PM me if interested.

gearing is slightly shorter than a Willy box - so quicker off the line but more noisy at motorway speeds....
As I understand it's a straight bolt-on.
Mileage prior to re-furb was around 90k

I heard that the Willy box had baffles in to stop oil surge but no-one can confirm or deny this - other than that, I believe they are the same.

I would of thought that the Laguna ratios would of been longer, the 2.0 16v one i drove felt long geared so had alot less pull than the williams off the mark but was nice at 80-90 not buzzy like the clio.

1st: 11/37
2nd: 22/41
3rd: 28/39
4th: 31/34
5th: 37/33
differential ratio: 15/61
is the top mount the same fitment or is it the larger bolt spacing like the 172's etc?
