iv heard this mentioned on the radio so dont know a lot about it
but how will it affect you guys that have cars stored or long term off road being fixed ?
surely you dont have to insure it to sit it there or can you sorn ?? insurance

no need to inusre if sorn, massive penaltys for drivin a sorn'd car already
