microtech management system

ive asked the micro tech support team if there managment system supported the renault engines and this is what i got back from them
help please...

What type of ignition system does this engine run?????Does it use a distributor & single coil or multi coil with a 60-2 Bosch Motronic style engine management system????

Let me know some more info & I will see what we have that will be suitable

This info is fine
All I need you to do is check to see what type of pickup is inside the distributor for me.....
Is it a 4 teeth magnetic style or is it a optical pickup style which has a disc with a certain number of slots in it.
We can do either I just need to know the exact set up so I can quote you on the correct system for you

iirc the F7 serie uses a a 4 teeth magnetic style pickup am i right?

There is no sensor on the dizzy.

Its has phase split by the flywheel....2x 42-2
