they can be very close, theres some quick std 106gti's knocking about.

i remember craggys old saxo vts, only had a btb exhaust system/decat and was making 144bhp, running 14.1 1/4mile iirc, could easy match/beat a williams that thing!

My mates 'standard' 106 GTi seems stupidly fast. Mine's RR'd at 130bhp ATF and his is supposed to be 120bhp ATF stock, but it pisses all over my valver.

Really annoying :(

thats strange ,they dont seem to be any lighter or torquier
than a clio 16v either .

the car looks quite quick but the blokes a plank my mate had a gold 106 gti running 151bhp that was quick and was one of the quickest down hams the only one he struggled with was a cammed silver one with the a clear bonnet what was claiming 160bhp but i won him goin down the second part of the a38 and my williams is standard just someone beat him and proove the pleb wrong cheers

on paper they should be about the same but there is alot about which are daft quick esp for a 1.6 16v! always been a fan on them as pocket rockets!!
