Cadwell isn't far from me :D but I fancy doing donny 1st, I was supposed to do it in march this year but had a little accident  and couldn't afford it
I'd love to do a trackday with some ppl from here, nice sociable thrashing ftw
basicly you turn up on the morning and try to claim a garage!
you attend a track/safety briefing and also sign on were you get a wristband to show if your a driver or passenger etc
thats normally between 7.30 and 8.30 depending on company running the day
once thats done its usually time to go out on track, they run siting laps for the first 2/3 laps for everyone, ie u all go out following a safety car to get to know the track layout/direction you need to be going!
once thats done you come back in normally then your free to go on whenever you want if its open pitlane, if sessioned then you have to wait untill your group is announced, ie novice/intermediate/expert groups

thats the link for the company running the trackday im thinking about, theres info on there to, proberly explain it much better then me lol
bit early for me richy.
Any dates published for Donnington yet ???

btw the best thing to do with trackdays if pop along with some ppl and go as a passenger to see if you like it or not before booking yourself on a day, you may or may not like to do it with your car!
am in at some point, perhaps early, but if its wet could get interesting

I do like doing it with my car.
But think prob best to tag along and enjoy being passenger for the first day or too. Would still be able to drive my car the distance to these places anyway so wouldnt be a total waste of effort.....at least id get that much driving done anyway :D
So let me no when u lot are going, ill come along too :D

I'm looking to get my first one in in Jan, was gonna do cadwell for £109, think its maybe last or 2nd to last weekend of Jan, either that or give Snetterton a rag
I want to do one in June - hoping weather will be good. Was thinking of Ty Croes. Something to get a bit of practise in and make a few tweeks for Donny.
