Have they attended to the problem of hoses that are too short for the Williams yet? I want to get some and upgrade when I do the fluid change and discs/pads but am worried there could be complications.

i think its similar to powerflex and the wishbone bushes, they have altered the spec but still have old stuff on stock

if in doubt just order the 19 16v ones, iirc they are longer

I spoke to the goodridge rep when he came into work a few months back, told him that the lines they sell for a williams are slightly too short, he understood that the williams had a wider front track, but i doubt anything was said to technical, get a 19 16v Kit, fits fine!

i assume all connections are the same, would like a pair of fronts as obviouslt the rears are ok for length

Rally design do the set for a good price but I am hesitant to order as I am unsure if they hve sorted the problem. I dont want to spend £20 more just for the 19 16v ones as Raldes dont stock those ones it seems :(

I dont think they have sorted it, try ebay for a 19 16v kit, i got mine for £40 right before we became goodridge agents! Doh! id offer to get you a price but im off now for 2 weeks

id ring them direct and they should be able to supply the correct fronts and std lenght rears

I would phone them direct as i has an issue with them as well. Got a longer set made up for free, just had to give the guy the dimensions i wanted. He did say he would correct the size of the kits. Not sure if that got done or not though.

Is it a pretty safe bet to go for the 19 16v items then, on a widetracked valver? I don't suppose it matters if theyre a little too long if anything?

I am happy to wait! I was going to order them next week but I have checked the bank and just had to pay several hundred in bills so I will leave it and the fluid change for later.
