springs or coilovers

I'm after some lowering springs to get a nice stance on my new valver i've just picked up

coilovers also considered or shocks and springs if its a package

I have a set of adjustable suspension for the valver. Was only on the car for less than 4,000 miles and only selling since I have widetracked the car now and so need Williams fitment struts.
