turbo is away getting a rebuild at the mo,so smoking will be sorted before sale, if not price will be adjusted accordinly.

can be sprayed also with all rust treated for a further £600. i may be persuaded to sell engine separately but will require williams lump in part x

renault clio williams 2 TURBO

complete engine rebuild

bottom end consists of:
full gasket set
main end bearings
big end bearings
full cambelt kit
forged pistons

head consists of:
head skim and clean
valve stem seals
re-lapped valves
uprated spark plugs
uprated injectors

sandwiched between the two is an uprated head gasket.

then we have a bbtuning manifold and fully heat wrapped down pipe, which couples to a 2.5 inch
stainless exhaust system with an outwardly rolled scorpion backbox.

the turbo is a garrett t28 pulsar turbo. currently away having a rebuild so will be brand spankers
when i get it back. hopefully within the next 2 weeks. this has got an uprated -31 actuator.

coming off the turbo its got blue silicon boost hoses which go to a pace charge cooler the to the inlet
via bb tunings inlet manifold adapter. off the inlet adapter there is a forge dump valve.

to cope with the power is helix 4 paddle clutch with uprated pressure plate and release bearing.
to make this smoother there is an extended clutch release arm which should aid in not making the
clutch too snappy.

the gearbox is a standard williams item covering 85k which is all the engine had covered before
the rebuild.

i have fitted a new clutch cable and throttle cable. the rocker cover and inlet manifold where all
painted to freshen it up. i will include spare rocker cover, cam cover, inlet manifold,
and thermostat housing which are ripe for powder coating.

also to make the bay mint i have bought a brand new coolant bottle with a full samco water hose
kit.

battery has also been relocated to the boot

the engine has only been run for a max of 30 mins but the compression is good across all cylinders
@ 150psi. it was smoking but i have sent the turbo away to rectify this so will be in good running
order before sale.

to finish this all off it needs:

turbo chip fitting to ecu. (chip included in sale, ecu needs perchasing max of £40 and fitting £30)
charge cooler radiator fitting and pump wiring.
boost controller plumbed in
MOT

the shell needs painting as the arches hve started to rust, this is only surface rust. the front bumper will need
to be replaced as it has been modded to accept an intercooler. which could be used instead of the chargecooler?

minimal needs doing. and if the buyer wants i can arrange all of this to be done. i will more than
likely doing this all myself so it can be test driven.

i also have some coilovers available and a sound system (stereo and 4 component speakers) which
can be included at an agreed price.

estimated power is going to be 250 bhp @ 1 bar with capabilities of 300bhp.

this is a very regretable sale, but due to a personal issue i may not be able to continue this
project which is gutting, its had 100 hours + put into it of my own sweat and tears.

What he said - PM please.

I would have been interested in the whole car but for insurance purposes a williams shell would just cost me too much but with the engine declared in a valver I could afford it.

im after 1500 plus another williams engine. which must have service history incl cambelt and not have more than 85k on it. i would rather the whole car goes. a hybrid in part x would be considered

sorry coops. im sure the williams will be faster. lets hope the v6 goes before the williams, then i can keep it. i have a sierra cossie, rx7 and an evo in part x for the v6 so fingers crossed.

just to clarify turbo is getting rebuilt as we speak
