Probably won't fall apart as you drive away from the stealership like some small hatches either.
Can you imagine what you could waste with a 200bhp version?
Jurys out on that one..........

hold on il try and get some pics theres not that many round cos its so new... il do me best but a auto trader link might be the only option lol
Think we have a few of them running around here. Think the standard performance is more like a warm hatch. Fairly thin torque from what I read in the magazines. Would be damn reliable though.

My mistake, think the reviews I read were for the standard specs ones. The Ralliart version has higher specs. Both 1.5L engines though. Snipped from a press release.
"Apart from Ralliart, all Colt Plus models are powered by a new 4A91-type 1.5-liter MIVEC aluminum cylinder block engine that generates 77kW (105PS)/6000rpm and 141N-m (14.4kg-m)/4000rpm (2WD models) and is manufactured at MDC Power GmbH in Germany. The Ralliart model uses a new 4G15-type 1.5-liter MIVEC intercooler-turbocharger unit that generates 108kW (147PS)/6000 rpm and 180N-m (18.3kg-m)/2500rpm. Mated to the INVECS-III CVT, the engines return mileage of 18.2 km/l (2WD, 4A91 models) and 15.6 km/l (4G15 turbo model) respectively in Japan's 10-15 mode driving cycle."

do u know any tuners over your way that have already done kits, exhausts, breaks, engine mods ect im really interested in this car think it would be awsome when tuned personaly think its got huge potential
Nope. Unfortortunately, standards equipment here for most revheads are the WRXes and EVOs for all out mod jobs. That's where the market is. Think I have only seen 1 stock Colt Ralliart. Not much to speak of, the owner was just pottering.

my estimate for the next 12 months is a couple of these flying about with very powerfull engines bet they can handle alot more than stock
looks like a matiz IMO :? . im not really into the modern hatch look, all curves etc. i prefer a more agressive looking car with defined contours.
Think you'd be made to go for that over a 182 IMO. No matter what some people say on here, they're bloody good cars.
From what I've read, these Colts aren't all that great to drive. Mushy steering and controls and apparently a bit unstable. But if you're looking for big power, then a turbo'd car like this would be much better suited than a n/a 182.
Depends what you're looking for really. Gotta say, that modified one looks wicked

Dunno, the 2.0 evo block was made upto 400 bhp for the evo 8 fq400, so theres no reason why a 1.5 turbo litre block cant do 250 safely.
You got to remeber most modern engines are better and can handle higher stress' than the ones we run in our cars.
