Engine rebuild suggestions please

Well lads need some help please, I have the engine out and am going to start a full rebuild . Id like to uprate the rods and pistons but im open to suggestions on what else to do or where to get all the stuff i need. I live in ireland so ill probably have to get what i need in England. Hope you lot can help me out.
