anyone???? or am i the only williamsclio member gonna be going! looking forward to it! but it says on the tickets that no booze is allowed in!!!!!!!!!! :shock: and looked at the map and there is only 1!!!!!!!!!!!! bar in the whole place!!!
I'm going too. Debating whether to drive and perhaps leave car at cinema/shell garage place on A40 on thw way in and walk 2 mins to local train station for rest of journey or just try and find somewhere to park in London.
Can't believe its only 2-8 !!!!!
im staying in a travel inn with my mate £27 each for the one night on the outskirts off london,and luckily enough right next door to the travel inn is a tube station(last stop on the docklands light railway!)

im going down from edinburgh. leaving on friday5.30 flying on easyjet to stanstead then going to get train/tube to london centre where we are going to stay with my wifes cousin and his wife. hes a manager in some pub in london so going to go there first on friday night and get some free beer! not been to london for 16years! looking forward to the gig, but not the toilets.

Booze banned at Live 8

LIVE 8 is going to be an alcohol free event, it was announced today.
No one will be able to bring any booze into the Hyde Park event, and there will not be any for sale inside.
The only people with access to drink will be the acts and VIP guests.
205,000 music fans are expected to attend the event in London on July 2.
What a load of crap... if you not important you cant drink.
