Not really a project but we've have just put the front and back end back together after stripping, cleaning and stone chipping all the underneath. Whilst we there we've replaced the rear dics and pads, stripped the front hubs and replaced the studs with some high tensile jobbies I've had made up and we'll also be putting new pads and discs on the front once a deal is done with a certain chap [:Y:]

Also did a full service including trans fluid and regreasing of all bushes

Right in front of you mate

I got a local machne company to make me some out of high tensile thinking they would a couple of quid each, the lad showed me the receipt from his supplier and they were 3.80 ish each as they were an odd size

I can never decide on wheels on a black car - polished phase 2's!

slippy
23-08-2008, 20:29
Sorry forgot to say those wheels are just for stading the car and move it about we run the williams wheels normally

What you thinking like ?

northy
26-08-2008, 18:24
them cattle grids look harsh mate - bar that your going very well....how is the car managing ????

slippy
26-08-2008, 18:28
Bit bent again but it's fixeable, got a track day at cadwell on the 15th so it will have to be back together

Cattle grid was ok it was the lump just after the farm yard that was the worst though it may not show it on the vid, that first cattle grid/jump was a bit hairy the car gets kicked off line as you approach and if you don't hit it square it could be a bigggey :?
