Unfortunatley having to sell the Hybrid which i've spent a fortune on building up over the past few months.

Spec as follows;

1995 Registered Shell
Metallic Black Paint
Shell is on 110,000

Engine;

160bhp - With willy manifold, decat, better map it sould be a good 170

Williams engine on 68k
Williams Head
Piper 270 Cams & Verniers
Williams Gearbox
Fresh fluids all round
Williams ECU with chip (raised limiter, etc.)

All engine work has been carried out by Craig at AP Developments in Swansea, receipts to prove. Cams were installed & timed by him originally, and he installed the engine/box. Very tidy job.

Suspension & Wheels;

Widetrack taken from Williams 1 (Shafts, ARB, Wishbones)
Brand New AVO Coilovers covered less than 1k, fully setup.
Polyflex Bushes (Wishbones, ARB's & Dogbone)

Teram Dynamics Pro Race 1.2's in black & Yoko rubber.

Brakes;

Brembo Max Discs
Pagid RS 42 Blues Pads
Fresh Fluid

Again less than 1k done.

Exhaust;

1.8 16v Manifold
Full Mongoose S/S System

Interior;

The interior has been fully stripped down to the bare metal then sprayed white (bar doors, bootlid).

Manual components have been fitted including mirrors, windows, sunroof.

Interior has been completely removed, including dash (top dash remains), it is very raw & noisy. All soundproofing, tar has been taken out.

Allthough there is still a stereo there for long journeys.

The car has had brand new Cobra Imola S seats fitted (black), OMP low subframes and Cobra Sidemounts. Sparco harnesses.

There is a new Sparco suede steering wheel, with boss & Pop Off Boss!

Central locking still works.

General Condition;

This is a track/fast road car and would be ideally used as a second car unless you have big nuts/short journeys. It is a go-kart.

The bodywork is fairly good, do not expect concourse as it is far from it. There are some dents, dinks, paint is quite good and with a polish would come up a treat. The rear arches are rust free and have no major rotting. The sills need some work before its next MOT, may get this done depending on price achieved

The car is TAX'd and MOT'd (will check how long left when I get home)

It weighs around 875kg, with 170bhp you will not find a car with better bang for the buck.

If I have forgot anything I will add it on.

i know, im gutted about selling, in the process of starting up my new business so need money out of this, even though its less than a third of what I spent!!!!! :lol:

Will let you know about the wheel, I will be splitting it for spares if it does not sell over the next few weeks.

Almost forgot, the car had a brand new clutch fitted when conversion was carried out, coolant, fluids etc...

To be honest, for the amount of fitted hardware on this car, £1600 is not much...

26-06-2008, 17:06
would be a shame to break it, but I can see the reasons for doing so, the spec is rather nice, so you'd certainly get more... bit heart rending doing that to something after all the effort though :(

samboRT
26-06-2008, 17:07
lack of new and starting up a new business needing the money!

Its bad, the fun was in building it though... loosing thousands isnt the bad part... honest!

:lol:

shame you cant borrow the money off someone to start your business rather than sell really pal. Personally I'd be tapping my old fella up for cash so I could keep it! lol

samboRT

samboRT

Lol... the dash was a temp measure which ended up permanant.

Cable ties FTW :) - I'd keep the original if I didnt break it.

Andy P
28-06-2008, 19:31
Pity the dash isnt still intact mate, as it would have sold well easily.
