bucket seat subframe

hi i've got a cobra seat and subframe but the subframe is nothing like the fllor pan are there different floor pans?its a ph1

no just wrong subframe id imagine.

it's probably the right subframe, i had the same problem

you need a set of phase 1 runners... these bolt onto the car, and the subframe bolts onto the runners..

there are difference's between subframes on the different phases..think you need phase one subframes..

think i'm going to bolt the sidemounts straight in instead

anybody got any tips how they've bolted the sidemounts to the floor as the seat rails arnt flat are they?
any help would be appreciated

depends mate best way in to remove the rails and bolt/weld steel tubes to the floor or the tunnel and inner sills....then bolt the seats to them


or make frames and bolt these to the existing runners...

yeah think i'm just going to put rails in like beani has its just a nightmare doing anything at the moment as there's no engine in the car so cant get it anywhere and i'm trying to get the inside rerady before the engine comes back

that isnt the problem,the problem is my car is at a unit but the bloke who owns it goes mad about using electric so going to have to get a generator
