ign coil diagram to run omex rev limiter.

Hi-anyone no or have the wiring diagram for the std ign coil?ive got a omex rev limiter which req the wires to go across the coil ie +and- but im havin probs with it not working as the clio int like your average std ign coil.cheers

Im 99% sure the tacho feed is the pink wire on the 3pin plug.
The other two on the 3pin or +ve and -ve, off the top of my head they are yeallow and black conversley....I can double check tommorow.

The single wire on the 2-pin plug is the ecu feed to the amp.

well the thing is i checked the 12v feeds and the earths tried the limiter across various wires and can i fck get it to work! :cry:

assuming you want the wire to go across the live and the switched side of the coil i.e + and - on a conventional coil.

wires should be as follows

Pink and red- tacho feed
yellow- ignition live (+)
black- earth
pink and black- switched "earth" (-)

You want to wire it to the yellow and the pink and black.
