Although alot of my driving is round town, my girlfriend lives 60 miles away, so im often driving down motorways. Ive noticed if i sit around 85-90, the oil temp sits at just over 100, and if i open her up it can get as high as 130. Im sure the standard gauge isnt 100% accurate, but i dont see any harm in fitting one, possibly with a thermostat?

Ive seen this kit on the bay, anyone have any experiences of them?

Cheers, Chris.

As above, get one with a built in stat or your oil wont get up to a decent temperature,

By the sounds of things you dont have a watercooled oil cooler.
If your not planning on doing much trackwork, they will do the job nicely.
You should be able to source one of these relatively cheaply.

there are pics on clio16valver i think.. i have only pics of all the parts... look at evouks projects, he has a mocal cooler and plate, just he has very long hoses and there not steel!

I have sold 15 kits now with no problems reported, they just bolt to the support that goes behind the bumper.

I have 3 13row coolers forsale if anyone is interested!
