Green air filter or ITG

My car is currently got the Green replacement filter,

Even after cleaning it ,Its looking abit dirty so thought i might replace it,

Just thought i would ask which would give me better gains if any, the ITG replacenent filter or the Green replacemnet filter.

tbh i dont think you will see much difference between the 2! so up to you which you decide imo

Price would be the only difference, green panel filter FTW

i might try a ITG just to see if i do notice any difference 8)
