Which oil should i put in it to run it in? Halfrauds semi-synthetic?
What technique should i use to run it in? How long after running it in can i take it for a blast?

you want to drive at full throttle, but not hitting the limiter...4000rpm is fine for e.g. do it in bursts...on off, on off etc. as said engine breaking causes a vaccuum in the cyl, this helps draw metal particles from the ring land....this is the reason u need to change the oil frequently. I do 50 miles of run-in driving, change oil and filter....another 50 miles, change oil filter...then drive normally, but avoiding cruising and the limiter, for maybe 250 miles, then change oil and filter for you top-quality gear.

so i need 3 filters for this car and one for the other car .. 4 filters :O

what oil do i use? sounds expensive!!
