Ive just mixed oats with mashed banana. Yummy. My g/f thinks i'm mad.

I've just tried custard mixed with banana, oats, dried milk and skimmed milk - really knocked me out...in fact, I feel fookin tired now!

Oats and bananas contain melatonin. Melatonin is the chemical that tells you to go to sleep. The huge insulin spike you will have got will also have released serotonin your brain (via the large neutral amino acid transport of tryptophan across the blood brain barrier), and this serotinin will have been converted to melatonin too.


Tip: only eat this before bed. :D

I've just sorted my meals for tomorrow.

Breakfast: 100g oats mixed with a protein shake.

10 o clock, protein shake

1 o clock, 300g Basmati rice, 2 large turkey breasts.

3.30, banana and protein shake

After training, creatine and carbs.

7 o clock, fish and vegetables no complex carbs after 7 for me.

Mmmmmmmm

After work, im going to hang outside Maccy D's and talk to car slags and eat fries
