I run Bilsteins ~~ Ex Gp "A" adjustable ride height, with 245lbs springs.they have been serviced etc and are ok on smooth Tarmac, will probably soften the springs on bumpy/yumpy roads.
If you fit "PROFLEX" or any of the other "Rally" suspension "OHLINS","REIGER",you have to modify the top mountings on your car.
Not a big job,However the cost of these units is expensive   .PROFLEX ~~ about £600/700 a unit
REIGER/OHLINS ~~~ About £1000 plus a unit.

These tend to be remote cannister units ~~ whilst they are expensive, just fitting them will transform your cars handling dramatically .
If you need any further info on the PROFLEX suspension, feel free to get in touch,as I know the UK agent/supplier ~~ Gordon Birthwhistle ~~ a suspension genius,~~ he has set cars up at all levels of Motorsport,Including the works FORD MAXI kit cars ~~FWD that competed on the BRC,and latterly does the suspension for Jimmy McRae's historic rallying Ford Escort Mk II.
