keeping an eye on engine temps

i am looking at installing a few temp sensors in my turbo engine, but am unsure of where is a good idea to place them or how many?

im thinking inlet temp, exhaust temp? charge cooler water temp?

any more before i order?

will these sufice?

You want something that goes hotter than 50 deg c, esp for manifold, thats several hundred deg c
