Throttlebody Adaptor

Im looking for an adaptor for the throttlebody on my 16v so that i can fit another air filter to it as standard the intake is oval, anyone know what to look for? or know anyone who makes/sells them?

Thats what i have been looking for, its not going to constrict much air flow?

And its not going to be substancial to melting? from heat

I want to fit an Apexi filter and a cold air feed into it.
