got an n' reg williams 3, and my car suprise suprise didnt come with a key for the alarm so if i disconnect the battery all hell breaks loose. does anyone have one of these I can borrow to get cut so I can work safely on my car?
i think there is a way to remove the battery without this going off, as when my car was at LTR this wasn't turned off......dunno how james did it though
you mean the small key that goes with the footwell lock aswell?

CLilord did some work on my old valver ( i dont have that key either), and the alarm was ****ing annoying!
if theyre the same as the valver one then i got one you can have from 96 valver?

like this?
No I'm sure its a different key. Does your car have the original Cobra Alarm? If it does I'm sure every key is different so its impossible to get a spare.
Andrew

is it your siren thats a problem going off? if so you can remove it and keep the immobiliser working on the key fob, more often than not its the siren unit that goes wrong.

my siren does go off in t he night sumtimes, although it might be down to alsorts...sensors or what have you. I didnt realise there was a footwell lock aswell. do u have to turn it off at two points then?
and yes i think my cobra alarm is std. theres a box under the engine bay near the expansion tank that i think theres a key for. am i stuffed?

The footwell one is manual immobiliser turn off, on ph2 valvers.
The one in the scuttle panel is manual siren turn off.
As above.
My imobiliser doesn't work, witrh switch in either position, could it be to do with my williams 2 ecu?
