Saw a willy 2 anticlockwise on the m60 (near denton jct), came past me in outside lane- think the reg was M734 TNN and it had a nurburgring sticker on the boot!

Yes twas me, just on my way over to or back from daughters house near M/C airport. Do seem to remember passing a nice lowered gray Valver, was that you?

Yes i was on my way home from work middle lane dwelling to concerve fuel- can be thirsty on a 35 mile a day commute these things! Rare that i see any williams/valvers anywhere- car was looking good btw!
