Stans impressive big head conversion is now complete.. pug mi 16 valves, and an extensively worked megane head, cat cams pulleys and cams...
fast chip remap system..
he tells me the idle is awesome....

Nice mount :D .........so you can time the pullys, not using a 19 mount?
its the same as the works mount mate
wouldnt really wanna be runnin without a cover tho personally
Yeah so cams can be timed easily.
19 mount wont work unless u do lots of modifying...turned out to be esier to make this side mount.
Rocker cover is F7P/willy, since the megane one shown isnt suitable for the HT leads.
Had trouble with the gearbox...got her running, took it for a test drive only to find the diff is ****ed!! changed the box today, so will be running 2moro.
Have loads more pics to come!

ha ha! aye it is! to be fair ive had shit loads of uni work over the last few months..dissertation/exams etc
just to note, that exhst port wasnt finnished fully, hence abit rough

Is the inlet manifold different on the meg engine to the valver/williams?
Looks like its tapered towards the front?

The meg engine looks far pimper IMO than the willy/valver block
