Tonight aload of mates and some of a car club im in all met up and convoyed to this fantastic road i know, (il post vid of the road when i get chance) we all raced for hours, we got there at 9:30 and left at 12:30am.

I had a go vs proven 240bhp Civic type r, On initial start, even regardless of my £19 budget tyres, i pulled ahead, then on gear change to third, were leve, then fourth comes and he pulls two amazing car lengths but stops after that the pulling, i think the 1.8 manifold is sapping my top end power. Was absolutely amazing fun though!

Also another proven Mk1 Octavia VRs 250bhp, absolutely mulled from start up the strip, pulled a good 4 lengths or more. But on the private freeway home we did top end and he flew past me at 135 then we went on to about 150 but my limiter kicked in and he was ahead, dammed turbos!

Loads of Esi/VTiS civics racing! Was great fun!

I raced an r34 GTS-T Skyline pushing 290bhp and he was very much the same story as the civic, would pull a length by the end of the strip then stop.

Ive got more stripping to do tbh but ive been very happy with these results. All the people were my mates so we had a great laugh seeing as all we have done is talked about it for months while ive been building the car! Really need better suspension, toyo r888s and my willy fanimold on then should be a bit better! Just thought id fill you in! :)

Roll on pod!

Oh also raced my mates 205 turbo, has the 406 sri 2.0 turbo 8v, 170bhp 256ft-lb torque.

Better start as he had yokos, but only by half a car and was dead even all the way. :)
