With a shite s/s system, panel filter in airbox and gunner chip, the car made
166.5 bhp at the fly 117 lbs-ft torque at 6500 rpm
137.5 at the wheels...
He said it would really benefit from a remap though, power had a nice smooth incline, will post graph in a bit as soon as i scan it! :)

Was hoping it may topple 170, just out of luck, but didnt... need more power now, got the bug lol! Recommendations for a remap?

buy sum cams before a remap be ore worth while.
still good power tho dude! :)

yeah thinking cams headwork and remap soon! still need williams downpipe + decat to fit my manifold yet!
its still running valver manifold
id be happy with mine if it was that, not a clue yet havent had it rolling roaded, power curve "feels" the same as yours though tails off at 6.8k
Mods are Decat with mongoose, valver manifold, gasflowed valver head with either fast road or standard cams,
Gunnerchip, green panel filter and obviously a 2ltr megane bottom end,
The head came off a friends 1.8 16v which made 175 at the flywheel with just the head, the cams that are in it now and chip, exhaust etc
Be nice to see 170....

Im going for cams+headwork next on the engine side of things, but ideally want the new downpipe etc first, and a new center section the day i get paid im paying for that.
TBH though its all a catch 22, cant touch suspension and lower the car till exhaust has been changed, but after bombing about the dirt track at moddeduk and the field like a rally driver im in two minds about lowering it!
My target is 180+ when finished.
