View Full Version : Well, After nearly 10yrs

with the better half, I popped the question whilst we were enjoying the view from the hotel balcony of the Atlantic Ocean.

Fortunately the answer was yes. 8)

Generally an eventful 2 weeks away altogether. Did 4 days is Lisbon followed by 10days at a small village about 1/2hr south called Sesimbra.

Awesome. Also went to the MotoGP friday practice and race day at Estoril.

8) all round.

10yrs bloody hell lol, thought i was making Alison wait a long time at 5yrs and counting so far, hehe. Congrats tho, all "official" now lol.

Yeah her dad was asking if we'd set a date. She did ask what the rush was to set one given it had taken this long for me to ask her. :lol:

MotoGP was fapping superb I have to say. Nowt like hearing those things for real. They're so much more raucous in reality than they sound on TV. 8) Was mega busy on the race day but we still managed to get a decent view and saw Rossi's move on Pedrosa at the end. Could see lots of the circuit from where we were and also a big screen so we saw the whole race. And only €56 each for a 3 day pass.

LOL! Need to get a torrent of the race tbh as I could only just see the big screen to see the passes at the enf of the straight and only saw the entry to the hairpin that Rossi passed Pedrosa on.

Going to a foreign MGP race is so much better than doing Donington. Cheaper, better weather and a better atmosphere. Did the last round of the season, at Valencia, last year. We camped with all the Spanish mentalists and it was awesome.

Outrageous. Think I'd rather do a long weekender abroad for the extra cost and better vantage point.

Haha! I don't disagree. Apart from Stoner's clutch issues in Portugal. :wink:

Will be interesting to see how things pan out for '08. Can't wait already. :D

im gonna say pedrosa will be the 08 champ.

10 times better that that f1 nonsense imo
